The need
Nokia sought to host a dynamic three-day event in Palma, Spain, to engage 900 participants and showcase their latest innovations. With five program tracks, 24 demo stations, and six sponsor booths, the event required a cohesive visual identity and seamless coordination. The challenge was to manage the complexity of multiple activities while ensuring a memorable experience for participants and sponsors alike. Nokia needed a partner capable of overseeing every aspect of the event production, from planning to flawless on-site execution.
The solution
Our team stepped in, creating a cohesive visual concept that unified the entire experience from pre-marketing to execution. We developed custom visual materials, including main stage presentations, intros, outros, and content for various program tracks. With meticulous planning, we coordinated the layout and flow of the exhibition area, ensuring smooth transitions between the five program tracks, 24 demo stations, and six sponsor booths. Our approach encompassed every detail of the event, from pre-event preparation to full-scale on-site management.
